Linganore’s quarterback has a Montgomery County Connection. Nick Marth’s father Mike was a Wheaton Knight. So if Linganore gets by Damascus tomorrow night, don’t hate them too much.
Man when you take a look at this article you will see Linganore has all the talent in the world. Wouldn’t it be great if Damascus just punches them in the mouth and ends their season. Good Luck Hornets make Montgomery County proud up there.
Sherwood at home and 6-0 did not expect to lose to a Division 3 team. Damascus with their backs against the wall with 2 losses in a competitive Division pulled off a huge upset. 10/25/2008 – Damascus MD – On a night full of emotion on the Damascus sidelines and stands, Both teams entered an emotional roller coast of a game. Seneca Valley started the game off with two scores in the first half and grabbed control of the game. In the second half they just held on as Damascus started to flex there musles behind running back Brian Lucas. In the end Seneca overcame a late threat and held on to win. Both teams feel they will see each other again in the playoffs.

Friday Night October 24, Damascus vs Seneca Valley will be the Game of the Week.
There will be alot of emotion involved beyond the Game. Damascus will be dealing with a tragic
loss of a student involved in car accident, its Homecoming weekend and playing one of the best
teams in the county.
We wish the best for both teams as they prepare for this huge game.
